By downloading, accessing, or using Minvas, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any policies referenced here. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the app.
You represent that you have read and understood this Agreement, and that you are entering into it voluntarily. Your continued use of Minvas after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minvas, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your content, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party right.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of Minvas at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk for the service or other users, or used the app in an unlawful or improper manner. You may stop using the app at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minvas and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the relevant paid feature, if any, during the period giving rise to the claim.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Minvas for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable law. No ownership interest in the app or its features is transferred to you.
You may use the service to record scenes, add notes, review your archive, and export reflection cards as offered by the app, provided your use remains lawful and consistent with these terms.
You may not use Minvas to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or harmful conduct. Prohibited activity includes attempting to interfere with the app, introducing malware, scraping or collecting data without authorization, using bots or automated systems to access the service, or bypassing usage limits, payment controls, or security features.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, models, system prompts, or underlying methods except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. You also may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, exploitative, or that violates the rights or safety of others.
Minvas is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating environment.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, content generation behavior, storage options, or availability of paid and free functions.
You must be at least 17 years old, or the age required by applicable law to form a binding contract where you live, and you must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are using Minvas on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity.
Minvas is not intended for users who are prohibited from receiving the service under local law. If your use of the app becomes unlawful in your jurisdiction, you must stop using it immediately.
Minvas uses automated processes to organize photos, notes, and scene details into scene cards, diary entries, reflections, and summaries. These outputs are generated for convenience and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that any generated result will be complete, accurate, meaningful, or suitable for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that automated results may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications, and you use and rely on them at your own risk.
Minvas may offer consumable virtual currency or coin packages through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Coins are digital, non-transferable, and do not have any cash value outside the app.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or governed by Apple’s applicable policies. Coins are consumed when used for eligible features such as smart scene building or reflection refresh actions, and unused balances may be lost if the service is discontinued or your access ends, to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for the photos, notes, tags, scene details, and other materials you submit through Minvas. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such content and to allow its processing under this Agreement.
You are also responsible for reviewing your entries before saving or exporting them, maintaining the accuracy of information you provide, and backing up any content you wish to keep. You remain solely responsible for your use of the app and for any consequences arising from content you choose to upload or create.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minvas and all related services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. No advice or information obtained from us will create any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.
Minvas is a tool for personal scene reflection and quiet diary keeping. It is designed for users who want to capture landscape or everyday calm moments, add a brief note about how they feel, and turn that material into a structured scene archive, diary entry, and monthly reflection summary.
The app may allow you to upload up to three photos per entry, add scene details such as time, weather, location type, and mood tags, and review generated outputs such as scene profiles, quiet moment snapshots, calm reminders, and monthly summaries. Minvas also supports browsing archived records, marking favorites, filtering history, editing fields, deleting entries, clearing local data, and exporting reflection cards where available.
Some features are available free of charge, while certain automatic organization or reflection refresh functions may require consumable coins purchased through Apple in-app purchase. The service is intended for light recordkeeping and personal review, not as a therapeutic, medical, or counseling product.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the effective date or otherwise make the revised version available within or alongside the service.
Your continued use of Minvas after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated Agreement, you must stop using the app.
Minvas, including its software, design, branding, text, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the service except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or by applicable law.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, notes, and other content you submit to Minvas. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service, generate your scene cards and reflections, support storage and caching, and provide related app functionality. This license is temporary and ends when your content is deleted from the service, except to the extent retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the use of Minvas will be handled in the forum required by applicable law.
