This Privacy Policy explains how Minvas collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app. Minvas is designed as a quiet diary and scene reflection tool that helps you organize landscape photos, short notes, scene tags, and monthly reflection cards.
We aim to keep your experience lightweight and private. Where possible, your notes, saved records, and reflection history are stored locally on your device, and uploaded images are processed only to create the requested record output.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party infrastructure providers for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic operational support only. These providers act solely on our behalf, follow our instructions, and are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and confidentiality. They are not permitted to use user data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or any purpose outside our instructions. They do not independently access or use user content.
If a third-party service is used for infrastructure, it may only handle data as needed to provide hosting or storage functions. Such services may not sell data, combine it with their own datasets, or use it for their own purposes.
You may access, review, correct, or delete your records through the app where available. You may also export supported reflection content if the app provides an export function. If you have given consent for any optional processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time, subject to the limits of the app’s current features and local device storage.

Your information may be processed or stored in different regions depending on where our infrastructure providers operate or where our servers are located. This means your data may be transferred across borders to support hosting, storage, backup, maintenance, or technical operations.

Minvas is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 17, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include encryption in transit where available, access restrictions, secure infrastructure controls, and limited retention of temporary processing data.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we work to reduce risks and protect your information consistent with the nature of the app.
We use information only to provide and improve Minvas features, including scene record creation, diary entry generation, archive browsing, reflection summaries, accountless local history, and related app functionality. We do NOT use user information for advertising, profiling, sale, or resale. We do NOT use it to train or optimize third-party AI systems. We do NOT use it for targeted marketing or behavioral advertising.
Information is used only to deliver the features you request, maintain app operation, preserve your records, and support customer service or technical troubleshooting when needed.
All AI processing is performed on our internal servers only. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data. Uploaded photos and related inputs are processed only to generate the requested scene card, reflection summary, or diary output.
Temporary processing data is deleted after completion. We do NOT use uploaded content, generated content, or processing outputs for AI training, model fine-tuning, model evaluation, or other machine learning development. We also do NOT allow third parties to access or process this content for their own purposes.
Information you provide: photos you choose to upload, short notes, mood tags, scene labels, time or weather details you enter, favorite markers, and any support messages you send to us.
Information collected automatically: basic device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, diagnostic logs, and usage information needed to keep the app running properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: if web-based or embedded services are used, small local storage technologies or similar identifiers may be used for essential functionality, preferences, and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date and, when appropriate, provide in-app notice or another reasonable form of notice.
Your continued use of Minvas after a policy update means you accept the updated policy, subject to applicable law.
We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the app and its features:
If local storage is cleared or a record is deleted, associated content intended for that record will be removed from the device to the extent supported by the app.
Minvas does NOT perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, face matching, emotion inference from biometric data, or face template creation. We do NOT build or store face templates, biometric identifiers, or similar sensitive biometric profiles.
If a user uploads an image that contains a face, the image is processed only as a user-selected photo for the requested scene record and is deleted after processing is completed.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Minvas, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the practices described in it. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
Where required by law, we will ask for your permission before collecting or using certain information. You may also control or revoke some permissions through your device settings, but doing so may affect app functionality.
